The data are based on voluntary monthly reports submitted by you and other HAP members and are current to the date on which it is viewed or downloaded. HAP may update earlier editions of the data at any time without notification. Data reported is not an official or all inclusive data set of the region’s hospital services, and is not meant to replace other data sources. Please consult other sources, including but not limited to the Pennsylvania Department of Health Hospital Reports for additional data.

• The data is for use by HAP members for internal purposes. Please do not share with any non-member or third party under any circumstances.
